Manchester City - Wages & Salaries since 2005-2006

In March 2012 version of World Soccer writer Jim Holden wrote an article on Manchester City. The article included a graph showing Profit and Loss Margin for the club since 2006.


Information on individual player wages for English Premier League teams is difficult to collect but within the graph it shows Manchester City Wages & Salaries over the last five years.


2005-2006 - £34.3M - $US 53.9M - Finished 15th out of 20 Clubs
2006-2007 - £36.4M - $US 57.2M - Finished 14th out of 20 Clubs
2007-2008 - £54.2M - $US 85.1M -  Finished 9th out of 20 Clubs
2008-2009 - £82.6M - $US 129.7M - Finished 10th out of 20 Clubs
2009-2010 - £133.3M - $US 208.1M -Finished  5th out of 20 Clubs
2010-2011 - £174M - $US 273.2M - Finished 3rd out of 20 Clubs


Currently Manchester City wages are 71M more than sports club in the United States.
